Duyvis Wiener Brazil Refiner Conche, is suitable for recipes with crystal sugar, refined sugar, alternative sugars and substitutes. Can be operated from basic training and requires minimal installation space.
- Machine consists of a jacketed grinding chamber for temperature or cooling control. Inside the chamber, the fixed, but interchangeable, grinding part is installed;
- Interchangeable rotating blades, made of carbide, are pressed against the plates by an adjustable pressure system and operated manually or automatically;
- Maximum and minimum levels are pre-determined to protect the equipment;
- Automatic temperature control;
- Pressure control by motor amperage.
